We had a lot of trouble once our toddler started wanting to do the things his older brother could do. I was given a copy of this book and it gave us such confidence as parents. It was such a help to us I just have to pass it on.

We were fortunate enough that Micah, although the first grandchild on both sides, naturally likes kids. He was quite rough with Max at one stage (I'm sure there was some jealousy involved), but otherwise he was ok.

Max now has to be constantly assured that we still love him a lot, and he accepts the fact that when Myron needs to nurse/sleep, mommy can't do anything for you. So he is also fortunate that he can call on grandma/grandpa for help, and he has a big bro to play with him.

When Myron starts becoming mobile and talking we will have to figure how to give the attention needed... need a few more eyeballs, ears and hands....
