I remember staying home quite a bit while growing up too, as New Years provided an opportunity to hang out with my cousins that I didn't get to see too often during the year.

I'm sure they will explore going out over the years but don't be surprised if they continue to find their way back.

Happy New Year!

oh, what a coolll pic!

Nothing like the PC to get you connected ya! Were they also messaging each other?

But I know the addiction of PC games. College days are not too far off from my memory!

Thanks Moomykin,
The thing is, my older brothers and sisters don't keep them home- they actually like to be at home!

Granted one or two are starting to attend parties etc, but this generation does really enjoy each other's company. It's at the same time very heartening to see their bond, but also bittersweet 'cos of the age gap between them and my kids....

Hope you've had a good new year's too!

Maybe it's just me the Mommy, and the not the partying type, but, well,
Keep them home as long as you like.
Soon they'll all be too busy with their own life and it'll be hard to have such family gatherings.

Hope you had a good New Year.
