So after the show they raced around the sitting room till Micah threw up his lunch of black noodle and 7 oz of milk. Grandma helped him clean up as I was resting my (still) sprained foot. At least he managed to get to the toilet and not messed up the place. Phew. Ah… that running till puke bit is oh so fresh on my experience:
