I can't recall letting her try yogurt, simply 'cos no one at home eats them. Not that I don't like it, I just don't buy them. The closest thing to it are Vitagen and lassi, both of which she likes. I could try yogurt I guess; after all all dairy products are supposed to be good (gotta watch the sugar content though).

I don't like the idea of must-have-prunes-everyday, just sounds very limited to me. I guess I do tend to choose veges myself when I eat, so while I have variety on my plate I do eat enough fibre.

I guess that would be the same approach too when planning what to cook for Caitlin...

That's the thing about us parents, huh?
We worry if they don't go, we worry when they have soft stool,
we worry if they don't eat, we worry if they eat too much...
They are our constant preoccupation.

I haven't read Part 1 yet but I am impressed with prunes now!
Looks like a steady diet of prunes/plums will be good for her then? Or even prune juice!

Doesn't she like yogurt or any stuff like that?

Hope she will be good and eat up what is necessary!

it is always good when it is satisfying! :)
