I may decide to get Caitlin the gift IF I knew what that was! hahahaha...

Ya...blogger friends and friends sometimes do tend to get our kids stuff when they read our entries.

But then, that is the wonder of blogging and FRIENDSHIP!

Anns last blog post..<a href="http://2ann.blogspot.com/2008/06/weekend-shots.html" rel="nofollow">Weekend shots</a>

Yeah, their memory power is quite amazing!

Caitlin can remember the scenes she wants from just looking at the chapters at the start of the DVDs. And, endearingly, she also once asked how my toes were, from when I hurt them a few days before, when I was wrestling with my father's house's dog (he ran into the house during a thunderstorm; silly overgrown mutt is scared of thunder- that's another story). I had actually forgotten about my toes before Caitlin asked.

hahaha... I so know what you were going through with the present.

There was also a birthday which I actually sowed the boys the toy I bought for the birthday boy and they wanted to play with it. So I told them it's not theirs and if and when the birthday boy is ready to share, they may do so the next time they visit.

When we handed the gift, they asked for the present to be opened first and then asked if the boy wanted to play with it already (so that they could have a turn after that). Unfortunately for them we had to leave early as we had another function to attend.

Interestingly, recently when we visited, Micah actually asked for that toy, but it was in another house (grandma's house). He actually remembered!
