<description>I&#039;ve got to say as someone who works in the heart of Sydney&#039;s China town I do love this time of year - always something happening in the streets to keep us entertained at lunchtimes.

Also glad to finally know how to pronounce things properly so I don&#039;t make a fool out of myself - well any moreso than usual

		<description>CNY is here.

Gong Xi Fa Chai everyone!

We are pretty much KL folks now.

On the eve we had our reunion dinner in a restaurant. This year, my bro and sis-in-law went back to Penang, so we asked my mom, younger sis and brother to join us for tis auspicious meal.

Today we visited an old family friend, a friendship of now 4 generations, down town. Then we hurried back because some old school friends came by. That was quite a highlight for us.

Dinner was at my mum&#039;s - steamboat. All my siblings were back, so Ah Ma was very pleased with her family complete: 5 kids, 2 sons-in-law, 1 daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren.

<description>Nah, no travelling for us. Both Mummee and I are local to KL. Which we are glad!

Like you, I think we&#039;d be doing the same with 1 month old Caleb. I reckon I&#039;d be needing to stock up on batteries since the baby monitor will likely be used a lot a lot!</description>

		<description>No travelling for you eh?

I reckon I will be celebrating the 1st day
- fretting if I have packed all of boyboy&#039;s stuff!
- hurrying in between the room where he will be sleeping to the kitchen (lest someone says I am not helping round the house)
- eating hurried meals...if not only those tidbits that are not fried (since I am still coughing)
- trying to remember to take my medication
- worrying that people are cooing too closely to boyboy causing him heavy distress!
- talking the 2 and a half hour journey back to Ipoh

2-4 day
- go out with hubby perhaps to rekindle what is left of our marriage!
- dinner with relatives!

Then it will be back to work until the follwing weekend where to Malacca we will be a trouping!
