Looks like a great party – and a big happy birthday to Caitlin. We are heading into birthday party season for all Little Miss’ friends (they are all born in dec/jan/feb) so as I have done in the past I plan to learn from your experiences and steal some of your ideas!

Hi all!

Yes it was (still is!) a nice cake; gotta keep it refridgerated still.

We’ve thrown away the Barbie doll that was on the cake. It’s not a real Barbie per se- as in, it’s not actually Mattel-made. It also had no legs! Just a long spike from waist-down to “stab” into the cake. That was good enough reason for us to coax Caitlin to let us throw it away.

I am not all too keen for her to get all image-conscious from such toys anyway.

It was something different & (I hope) a welcomed refreshing desert on the warm evening. I think most also enjoyed it.

Moomykin, a present?? Why thanks! This is a real surprise, considering we’ve never met!

Hope you managed to catch up with your sleep. I actually asked Mike to pass a present to you for Caitlin, but he’s been so busy at his section he said he forgot to make the stop. Sorry. The package is still with me. Maybe I should post it to your office!!
